A bit about myself and my body parts

I'm a transgender man (sort of) who's as of this post been on hormones for . I've had three surgeries. 1) Removal of uterus and ovaries. Went well. Left no visible scars. 2) Removal of breasts. Went incredibly well. No visible scars! Mostly because I was really underweight and lucky that the hormone treatment had resulted in them shrinking a lot up until that point. 3) metoidoplasty and scrotoplasty. Went well. They cut the clitoris free from the labia on the underside, extended my urethra and placed it inside my clitoris, then sewn the skin together under, making a foreskin. They removed the rest of the labia, sewed my vaginal opening mostly shut, and removed some of my birth canal, leaving a tiiiny pinhole in the back, near my anus. Then they implanted testicular prosthetics in my outer vaginal lips, completing the 'm unable to have vaginal sex, and have no desire to do it for real. It's a fun fantasy, though. Because of the tiny hole left from my vagina I still get wet when aroused. I'm very happy with my body, and I'll appreciate it if you can respect my decisions of going through with these surgeries. I see myself as somewhere between a woman and a man. I think my current body reflects my gender very well. If you're ftm and want results like mine I'm not suited to recommend surgeons or clinics, as I got mine through public health care and don't even know what my surgeon's name was.... sorry.
